What we collect

When you request or save an estimate, we collect the name, email address, telephone number, property address, service preferences and property details you provide. If you request a painting consultation, we also collect preferred dates and time windows. We retain a record of the estimated price and the pricing version used to prepare it.

Why we collect it

We use this information to prepare and save the estimate you requested, email it to you, contact you about the service or consultation, and maintain a record of your inquiry. Sending an estimate does not enroll you in marketing emails.

Service providers

Our website uses Supabase to store estimate requests, Vercel for website hosting, and Resend to send transactional emails. These providers process information on our behalf. Our Supabase project currently uses a United States database region, and information may also be processed outside Canada by hosting and email providers.

Security and retention

We restrict estimate records to authorized business use and use server-side credentials for the database. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain inquiry records for customer service, business recordkeeping and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed. We are reviewing a specific retention schedule before broader launch.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask about your submitted information, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable law permits. We may need to retain certain records for legal or business purposes.
